Enterprise Training Implementation
Coordinating the people, processes, resources, and communication behind a complex multi-site training rollout.
Supporting a large-scale enterprise system implementation required more than developing training. It required coordinating schedules, facilities, stakeholders, communications, resources, and learner support across multiple locations while adapting to continuously changing implementation needs.

The Challenge
A major enterprise technology implementation required large-scale end-user training across multiple locations. The training effort involved numerous learner populations, classrooms, facilitators, support staff, schedules, facilities, communications, and changing course requirements.
As implementation progressed, schedules and training needs continued to evolve. The challenge was not simply delivering training—it was creating enough structure around a constantly moving environment to keep learners, facilitators, leaders, and support teams aligned.

MANY MOVING PARTS
My Role
My role focused on bringing structure and coordination to the training implementation—connecting schedules, people, locations, communications, and operational requirements so that training could run effectively.
